Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Codify Infotech, we provide Shopify development, website design, custom development, and other digital services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a payment.

Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before the project starts.
• The remaining 50% payment is due upon project completion and before the final website or source files are delivered.

Cancellation Policy

• If a project is cancelled before work begins, the advance payment may be refunded after deducting any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.
• Once the project has started, the advance payment is non-refundable as it covers planning, design, development, and resource allocation.

Refund Policy

• As our services are customized and digital in nature, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
• If a refund is approved by Codify Infotech, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party services such as Shopify plans, themes, apps, domains, hosting, or other software are subject to the respective provider's policies and are not refundable by Codify Infotech.
